This policy explains what information may be handled when you visit this website or email Lockett Referrals.

1. Current website features
Lockett Referrals, a DBA of Lockett Technologies, Inc., is preparing a Michigan-focused insurance referral service. This website does not currently offer a consumer request form, AI intake chat, or online payment checkout. A separate the private agent workspace is available only to authorized agents and is not a consumer intake. We do not collect insurance request details or consumer referral consent through this website at this time.
2. Information you email to us
If you email us, we receive the information in your message, your email address, and any information included in the email. We use it to respond to your inquiry and manage our business communications. An email inquiry is not consent to share your information with an insurance agent, and we do not send email inquiries to agents as referral leads.
Email us at lockett-referrals@polsia.app with a privacy question or to ask us to update or delete an inquiry, subject to records we may need to keep for business or legal purposes. Please do not email sensitive personal, medical, financial, or insurance application information.
3. Website and security information
Our hosting and security providers may process technical request information to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the website. This can include an IP address, browser or device details, requested page, and request time. Provider log practices and retention periods may apply.
If platform analytics are enabled for a deployment, a Polsia analytics beacon may create or reuse a random browser identifier in local storage and send that identifier and the site identifier to Polsia when a page loads. It is used for website visit measurement. This site does not send insurance request details through that beacon.
4. Sharing
We may share email inquiries with service providers who help operate our email, hosting, or security services, subject to their role in providing those services. We do not currently share consumer referral information with agents because the consumer intake is not active. If a referral intake launches, its consent notice will explain that the consumer’s submitted request is shared with one licensed agent, and the request will not be resold or sent to multiple agents.
5. Retention and security
We retain email communications and operational information as needed to respond, maintain business records, secure the service, and meet applicable obligations. Hosting, email, and analytics providers may apply their own retention practices. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures for the information handled, but email and internet transmissions are not guaranteed to be fully secure.
6. Children
This website is intended for adults seeking information about the referral service and for insurance agents. It is not designed for children, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from children through an online form.
7. Changes and contact
