These terms describe the Lockett Referrals website and referral service. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

1. About the service
Lockett Referrals is a DBA of Lockett Technologies, Inc. It is a referral service, not an insurance agency or insurer. We do not sell, solicit, or negotiate insurance and do not provide insurance advice. We introduce consumers seeking insurance to one licensed insurance agent for the coverage they requested.
The planned launch serves Michigan requests for personal and commercial insurance. Medicare is excluded unless approved for a future launch. This website is currently preparing the consumer intake and agent network; it does not accept consumer referral requests or agent payments online.
2. Agent and insurer decisions
An agent may contact you only about the insurance request you submitted and only after you provide the required consent. The agent and insurer are responsible for answering insurance questions and determining available coverage, prices, and eligibility. Lockett Referrals does not guarantee that a policy will be offered, that an agent will be available for every request, or that a request will result in coverage.
3. Consumer consent and contact
When consumer intake is available, a request will be shared with one licensed agent only after the consumer affirmatively accepts the displayed consent. Consent is not a condition of purchasing insurance. Consumers may opt out of agent contact at any time using the contact details in the agent’s message.
Do not send insurance applications, Social Security numbers, payment card details, or other sensitive information to us by email. The online referral form is not currently available.
4. Agent access
Agent participation information is not part of these public consumer terms. Authorized agents should use the private workspace for the current agent information and access requirements. Consumers do not need an agent account to learn about or use the referral service.
5. Website use
You agree to use this site lawfully, provide accurate information if you contact us, and not interfere with the site or attempt unauthorized access. Site content is provided for general information about the referral service and is not insurance, legal, tax, or financial advice.
6. Availability and changes
We may update the website, service availability, or these terms. Changes take effect when posted here with an updated effective date. The current launch scope is Michigan; new states or Medicare will not be added without approval for a future launch.
